History

Arrow Collegiate Tour was formed in 2002 by Sabrina Crowder. As a parent of a college-bound teenager, Crowder saw the need to establish an HBCU tour that gave students first-hand knowledge and access to these affordable institutions of higher learning.

Arrow has established itself as the “Best” option for your HBCU tour needs within the Washington, DC area. Our tours not only nourish the minds of our leaders of tomorrow, but provide a realistic experience of college life and culture. While touring with Arrow, students are afforded the opportunity to fellowship with current students and gain an understanding of the admissions requirements. This experience is invaluable as it helps students determine which institution best suits their personal and academic interests.

Arrow believes in investing in its community and routinely visits historically black colleges and universities that are of specific interest to African American students. North Carolina A&T, Florida A&M and University of Maryland Eastern Shore are just a few of the many Arrow visits yearly.
